Karineh Kazazian

Dr. Karineh Kazazian is a Gastrointestinal Surgical Oncologist at the University Health Network and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She completed her Residency in General Surgery at the University of Toronto. She also completed Complex Surgical Oncology and Advanced MIS/robotic Colorectal Oncology fellowships at the University of Toronto and University Health Network. She holds a PhD in cancer biology from the Institute of Medical Sciences. Her translational research lab focuses on understanding mechanisms of gastric and colorectal tumour progression and treatment resistance.
